Ile aux Cerf

Departure: 0800

Direction:  Trou d`eau Douce where you will travel to Ile aux Cerf by motor boat.  There is also an option to visit the Grand River South East waterfall by speed boat.  Back to your location by 1800.

Lunch:
Chicken and fish BBQ, salad, drinks and desert.

Option:
Grilled lobster in addition to the above.

South

Departure:  8h30.

Route: Visit Bois Cheri tea plantation and tea factory*.  Afterwards we will head towards Grand Bassin sacred lake and vallée des couleurs Nature park* of breath taking beauty with its waterfalls, greeny gardens, and its famous 23 colored earth. After an optional picnic we will then head to the cliffs of Gris-Gris of Souillac and finally to Rivières Des Anguilles crocodile farm and nature park*.

South-West

Departure: 8h30.

Route:  Floreal City for Diamonds shopping (cheapest compared worldwide and exquisite jewellery). We will then head to the handicraft and model ship factory shop where you can buy various ship models to take away as a souvenier from Mauritius for your living room mantlepiece. We will then head to Trou au Cerf crater view point, city of Curepipe, Mare aux Vacoas dam, Grand Bassin sacred lake, Plaine Champagne, Alexendra falls and Black river Gorges , Chamarel* (7 colored earth) and waterfalls and finish the day with a trip to Casela bird park* where many activities are practiced.

South and the South West Coast

Departure :0900

Route: We will head towards Rivières des anguilles crocodile park*, which offers you a huge collection of over 20, 000 different species of insects in the insectarium. The tour will then head on to Rochester falls and to the steep cliffs of gris-gris at souillac in the extreme south of the island. There you will discover the south coast, the Riambel beach, pointes aux Roches, Baie Du Cap, Maconde and the Le Morne Brabant.

South East-Nature Reserve

Departure: 8h30

Route: Stop at Eureka creole house/colonial wooden house* in Moka where you can stop for a cuppa in the tea room or get some souvenirs and local crafts  in the gift shop. For an extra fee you can also visit the Eureka waterfall. The trip will then follow on to Le Val Nature Park*, the town and museum of Mahebourg, Blue bay beach and Domaine Ylang Ylang* Distillery and Essence Garden. At the reception there is a small essential oil shop which offers candles, essences, bath oil or massages oil and a variety of product with different smells such as ylang ylang, eucalyptus, citronella, hibiscus, vanilla, frangipani etc.

Route:  First to Botanical garden more formally known as Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens, is one of the most visited attractions in Mauritius. There is an optional picnic available or you can bring your own. We will then head on to L’aventure du Sucre (Sugar Museum), Shopping at Le  Caudan & Port Louis waterfront and finish off with a visit to Domaines les Pailles.

Finish: 1800
